Isla’s passion for nature has been lifelong and deeply inspiring. Even before she was born, she came along on wild adventures—like traveling to Africa with me to cage dive with great white sharks while still in my belly! From a young age, Isla earned the “Nature Lover” award every year at school, always ensuring even the tiniest bug made it home safely. She’s also been a loving foster sister to dogs, kittens, and newborn puppies, spreading kindness and compassion to all creatures.
Isla loves all wildlife, but her favorite animal is her golden retriever, Seaver. Isla cares for her completely—feeding, walking, and loving her with all her heart. Their bond is strong and full of trust. Seaver is more than a pet; she’s Isla’s best friend and adventure buddy. Isla includes her in everything, from hikes to helping foster other animals. Their connection shows Isla’s deep compassion and reflects her lifelong love for all creatures, big and small.
Isla’s favorite outdoor activities always involve water. She loves swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking, especially when she can explore nature up close. One of her favorite pastimes is catch-and-release fishing in local rivers and ponds, where she identifies new and exciting species. Whether diving beneath the surface or paddling along a quiet stream, Isla feels most at home in the water, where adventure, discovery, and her love for wildlife come together.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
