What does Holly love most about nature?

Holly loves that nature never runs out of wonders. Whether it’s watching ants build tunnels or clouds shift above tall trees, she’s in awe. She remembers the names of creatures most adults have never heard of—from trilobites to tiger beetles—and lights up when she can share fun facts with others like a true Jr. Ranger.

What is Holly's favorite animal—and why?

The giraffe weevil! Holly loves its long neck and clever leaf-folding nest. She says it’s part dinosaur, part bug—two of her greatest obsessions. She even made up a dance to mimic how it moves. She loves animals that are unique and resourceful, just like her, and she never forgets their names or their stories.

What is Holly's favorite outdoor activity?

Holly turns every outdoor adventure into a mission—mapping trails, making bug hotels, and creating ‘field guides’ with hand-drawn pictures and real names. She leads the way with unstoppable energy and personality. For her, outside time is ranger training time! Holly has a natural gift for learning—she solves puzzles with ease, builds Snap Circuits like a junior engineer, and lights up when she’s discovering something new.
