Start Their Adventure"Super love. I super love nature!" "Finding birds and playing with them. Planting mushrooms that I find and pick." She really enjoyed tapping maple trees at school earlier this year and drinking the maple water straight from the tree. Then they made syrup over a fire. She requested to be a tree for Halloween last year, and that newborn baby sis be an acorn.
Hazel loves worms right now! Loves digging them up, collecting them and reluctantly returning them to the dirt to be with their family after holding and playing with them (she'd bring them to her bed if she could). She likes that they are cute and squirmy (like baby sis, Charlotte, who is a 'squirmy worm' too). She also likes to find and hold rolly pollies!
"Running in the woods! Playing with Jax (one of our dogs)." At school she enjoys looking for frogs in the creek and pond, laying down on the ground and looking at the cloud through the trees and swinging in one of the many hammocks. During walks and at parks Hazel is a good steward, looking for trash to pick up and throw away. This past winter Hazel really took to snowboarding, she was a natural and wanted to go "again and again" down the bunny hill.
