What does Hayden love most about nature?

I love how peaceful and exciting nature can be. When we drove across the country to visit my great-grandpa, we stopped at Yellowstone and saw geysers shooting into the sky and big waterfalls. It was awesome to see animals and huge mountains. I like being outside because there’s always something cool to see or do.

What is Hayden's favorite animal—and why?

My favorite animal is a fox because they are smart and fast. I like their big fluffy tails and how they can hide really well. They seem like they’re always on an adventure, and that makes them really cool to me.

What is Hayden's favorite outdoor activity?

I like riding my bike and hiking the most. When we were on our trip, we walked on a lot of trails and saw really cool mountains in Grand Teton. We also went to Mt. Rushmore and saw the giant faces carved into the rock. It was fun to be outside and explore new places with my family.
