Learn moreGriffin is a super cool 6-year-old who loves playing outside and going on big adventures! He spends his days fishing by the water, using his binoculars to spot birds in the trees, and looking through his magnifying glass to check out tiny bugs up close. He’s always on the hunt for the coolest rocks to add to his awesome collection. Griffin is like a real-life explorer, always discovering something new and exciting in nature!
Griffin's favorite animals are sharks and dinosaurs because he thinks their sharp teeth are super cool! He loves how fierce and strong they look. Griffin likes to imagine being a brave explorer, swimming with sharks or walking with dinosaurs, learning all about their big teeth and powerful jaws. He's always on the hunt for shark teeth. He thinks they're the best animals ever because they’re wild, exciting, and a little bit scary—in the best way!
Griffin was diagnosed with autism, and sometimes it’s hard for him to connect with kids his age. That’s one of the big reasons he loves being outdoors—nature lets him be himself. Whether he’s riding his bike, fishing, or hiking to look for cool rocks and bugs, Griffin feels happy and free outside. He also has a big love for science and exploring how things work. The outdoors is his favorite place to learn, play, and just enjoy being Griffin.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
