What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn moreGarrett loves exploring our property and learning all about the animals in our area. He is incredibly passionate about ensuring that the animals are well taken care of, but knowing facts about them whether it be their camouflage, their different senses, or diets are things that thrill him. Garrett is constantly on the hunt for more information with a smile.
Garrett’s favorite animal is a copperhead. He recently did a report and found interesting facts about the juveniles and their tail colors, but he is well aware of the dangers of their venom.
He enjoys being outdoors and hunting, hiking, or riding in a UTV. Really anything that allows him to go through our property and observe the tracks, scat, or other signs of life on our property brings him great joy. The spark that is in his eyes when he is learning about a new animal or plant is unlike any other child I have seen.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
