Receive Text UpdatesWhat Freddie loves most about nature is, "playing with it". "Freddie loves playing in his playground". Freddie and his sisters playground is their yard. Freddies family have built their 1.2 acre yard in to nature based playground. He shares his yard with hundreds of species of native plants and animals and has filled his yard with play features built using natural materials. Balance and climbing logs, rope swings, water tables, playhouses, chicken runs, and climbing trees and gardens. He plays.
Dad: "Freddie, what is your favorite animal?" Freddie: "Owls, no. Nocturnal animals!" Dad: "Why?" Freddie: "Because my birthday is in October and Holloween is in October. I want a nocturnal birthday party again." In October 2024, Freddie would share that he wanted a "night" party. Most people thought he meant "knights" in shining armor. Nope, our boy wanted a noctural animal party and boy did we deliver!
Climbing, digging, throwing rocks and watching ants. Freddie loves climbing high. High in his fort, high in the trees, high on rocks, rock walls, and retaining walls. Freddie loves to do dangerous things carefully in nature, testing his limits by taking healthy risks. He also loves to slow down, sit quietly and observe the animals he shares the world with. All big ants are queens to Freddie. Our Freddie is a confident, caring, and curious boy who loves to play with nature!
