Finn loves being outside and sleeping outside while camping, he loves bird watching and identifying birds, catching glimpses of other wildlife like squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, lizards and insects, and he loves hiking to see how far he can go. Currently, Finn wants to be an animal conservationist when he grows up.
Finn’s favorite animal is the turtle. He says he loves that they have a protective shell, they can hide their head and legs inside when they feel threatened, and they can live a very long time. “Did you know a turtle’s shell is actually part of its skeleton?! They aren’t IN their shell, they ARE their shell!”
Finn says his favorite activity is camping because it’s exciting to sleep outside someplace new, especially in the mountains or forest. He says his favorite place to camp would be someplace close to water like a river or lake because he also loves swimming and paddle boarding with his mama.
