Learn moreEzra was born with a natural sense of wonder and curiosity. He enjoys the physical freedom and mental stimulation that being outside provides. Ezra will create his own “survival explorer” games and loves finding bugs and snakes. He has very little fear, just a healthy cautious approach and respect for living creatures. He also enjoys planting and watching flowers grow. Whenever he sees snakes he sends them off with words of encouragement and can sit and watch the birds for long periods of time.
Ezra says his favorite animal right now “is the wolf, but I also like snakes. He loves snakes because they “slither and are awesome”. He says he loves wolves “because they howl” and would also “like to work with wolves one day when I grow up.”
Being outside, exploring and playing on our property is what Ezra enjoys most. No matter what the weather, it is where he is the happiest. He enjoys counting and naming the spiders living on our back door and finding the snakes that are hiding in the rocks and grass. In the evenings, he loves to lay in his hammock and watch the fireflies in our yard. He creates all sorts of exploring games and carries around his little “survival backpack” with all his tools and supplies for “emergencies”.
