Learn moreEvangeline’s favorite thing about nature has to be the animals. She loves learning about their survival, even the sad and sometimes scary parts of animal survival. She is thoughtful and asks insightful questions regarding some animal’s natural behaviors. Nothing makes her happier than being outside, animals or not. In our house we go on plenty of “adventures” just to get outdoors.
Evangeline’s favorite animal bounces between two as of late, an axolotl and a bunny. She’s been bunny obsessed since one years old. She still carries a ratty pink bunny stuffed animal she’s had since she was a baby. Lately however, she loves the smiling, silly face, of the axolotl. She even requested an axolotl themed birthday!
Evangeline loves the water and her mom is a fly fisherwoman so her favorite activity is hiking to small streams and after mom catches a few fish, wading and playing in the water. She doesn’t mind the cold water or getting a little dirty. She mimics her parents telling everyone to “leave nature as we found it.” Evangeline is an empath with a great sense of adventure. Her latest goal is to see every national park starting with the one in our state.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
