What does Ethan love most about nature?

“I like to clean up and pick up empty cups and trash to get rid of the garbage in nature. I like to make it nice and pretty. I like to watch the stars twinkling in the sky. I like going to the beach and picking up shells. I like watching the red bird in our yard eat seeds; I like a lot of things. “

What is Ethan's favorite animal—and why?

“I like Roly-poly bugs because they crawl on me and I can pick them up, and I also like giraffes and zebras. Giraffes are the tallest animal in the world and they have long black tongues that reach out and take the lettuce; I really like feeding them at the zoo.”

What is Ethan's favorite outdoor activity?

“My favorite thing to do is pull weeds and mushrooms with a glove on, I like to pick up leaves and sticks. I also like to search for horseshoe crabs, stingrays, and fish in the salt water river. We walk out into the water and look for them. I like to help my mom plant seeds and plants in the garden and I search for worms and Roly-polys.”
