What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn moreEli loves that nature gives him an escape from the challenging things in life. He loves the diversity of ecosystems, like the dells and sandstone formations in Wisconsin and the Blue Ridge mountains in North Carolina. And he loves that there are always unique and beautiful things around you in nature, and so many things to learn about, and especially birds and how they are all different!
Eli’s favorite animal are birds. He loves birds of prey the most, but he loves ALL kinds of birds and learning about them. He especially loves Eagles and Falcons because of their power and elegance, their size, how beautiful they are, and their cultural and spiritual symbolism, meaning, and connections. He loves how there’s always so much to learn about birds in general, and he has a dream to dedicate his life to being an ornithologist and help save Eagles.
Eli loves taking walks in nature and noticing all of the small details about whatever ecosystem he is in. He loves to try and spot all of the different birds that he can around him. He also loves taking photographs of plants, and animals. And, he loves finding all of the unique and unusual things in the habitat around him.
