Animals are her favorite part of nature, big or small, wild or cuddly, she loves them all. From teddy bear hamsters to the smiling stingrays of the sea, Deija is always gentle and caring. Deija is a gentle and kind little girl who loves all animals, especially the tiny ones that can fit right in her hand. Her favorite is her pet hamster, Kawaii, whose name means “cute” in Japanese. Deija loves watching Kawaii nibble on a blueberry, holding it carefully with her little paws. Sometimes Kawaii stuffs the whole blueberry into her cheeks to save it for later, which always makes Deija giggle. When Deija is outdoors, her favorite thing to do is swim. Whether it’s at the beach, in a spring or in a pool, she feels free and happy in the water. She loves snorkeling around the coral reefs, floating on her back, and diving under the surface to explore the marine life. For Deija, nature is full of wonder, from the tiniest hamster to the biggest wave.
