What does Dean love most about nature?

Dean loves all of the activities that you can do within nature, fishing to biking trails, but most of all, Dean loves that it gives him peace and calmness, the feeling that everything is okay. He tells me when he’s anxious and worried he’s able to escape and zone out by looking for bugs or exploring and it takes his mind off of things. Dean carries a huge weight of trying to stay strong for his brothers. I was diagnosed with cancer a year ago, and prior to that I had been sick for years.

What is Dean's favorite animal—and why?

Dean is a lover of ALL animals but of course it’s our family dog Kelsey! We rescued her during the thick of my chemotherapy to keep me company and she soon became Dean’s best pal. She snuggles him at any moment and he’s the one jumping to walk her and YouTube any videos on training her. He always has had a bond with my family member’s animals and is the neighborhood dog sitter/bearded dragon sitter! That boy is fearless!

What is Dean's favorite outdoor activity?

Dean’s favorite outdoor activity is fishing at secret spots! If only Bass Pro Sponsored him! Ha! Dean runs a trash can business (brings in/out neighbors’ trash cans for $2 a week) and immediately spends that on hooks etc. Although Dean is trophy wining Football player and is awarded numerous personal awards, his passion outdoors is Fishing. Day and night. The bargaining he does to extend his curfew just to be outdoors and fish, it should be studied! That boy can close deals!
