I love touching nature because I love how it feels. I love when I get to be close to nature and wild animals and that I got to swim with the sea turtles. My favorite thing also is studying nature with my books and the merlin bird ID app!”
“My favorite animal is the blue macaw, the great blue heron, and frigates. I like the blue macaw because they’re very blue and that their beak is their most important tool. I like the great blue heron because it looks cool and they are very patient for their food. One time I got very close to one and it didn’t fly away. I like frigates because they blow up their chest like a balloon when they’re finding a mate and it looks super cool.”
“My favorite outdoor activity is listening to and watching the birds. I like to listen with my merlin bird ID app to identify the birds around me. Sometimes I can listen to the birds and just know what bird it is - like the blue jay!”
