Cohen loves bugs the most! He collects snails, makes them terrariums, saves bugs from water, and adds worms to our garden to help veggies grow. He’s even found rare creatures like salamanders and praying mantises! He also loves plants and animals, has a big veggie garden, and watches nature shows to learn more about animal habits.
Cohen says, “There are too many favorite animals, but I think I like bears most because they’re big, fluffy, eat a lot, and sleep all winter!” He loves learning about the different types—polar, black, grizzly, sun, and koala bears. His favorite is the grizzly because they’re massive. We often have black bears in our yard, so he’s very curious about them!
He pretty much lives outside all year round but I think Cohen’s favourite thing is exploring the forest on long walks. He collects rocks, sticks, berries, and cool plants. At the park, he skips the playground to search bushes, pick flowers, and climb trees! He loves being outside year-round with his three dogs—especially Max, his adventure buddy. He’s always discovering something new in nature.
