Clara loves the freedom of being outdoors (in the woods or on the water) and observing God’s creatures in their natural habitats. She enjoys working on service projects that help to improve/conserve waterways and woodlands. Her favorite outdoor activity is fishing, which is why her Monofilament Recycling Bin Project is her most favorite, yet! Currently, she is working to spread awareness about monofilament recycling bins and increasing accessibility to them across the USA.
Her favorite animal is a raccoon, because she thinks it is her spirit animal. She says that they are “both clever and cute with a side of feral!”
Clara’s favorite outdoor activity is fishing. She enjoys fishing in fresh and salt water. The biggest fish that she has ever caught was a tuna. It weighed more than her! If she’s not fishing, then she is most likely volunteering as the Master of Ceremonies or Ambassador for Youth at the SC High School Bass Challenge/Junior Bassmaster Youth Angler Tournaments in her home state of SC.
