Whether she's feeding ducks, rescuing a bug or reading about wildlife, her love for nature grows stronger through every creature she meets.
Her favorite animal is an axolotl. The are incredibly cool creatures, and my daughter thinks they are like something out of a fantasy world. With their feathery gills, wide smiles, and the ability to regenerate limbs they are unlike any other animal. She loves that they stay in their larval form their whole lives, making them look like underwater babies forever. Their gentle, curious and unique apperance make them fascinating to watch. To her, axolotls are proof that nature is full of surprises
My daughter's favorite activity is hiking because it combines her love of adventure, animals and the outdoors. She loves the feeling of fresh air on her face and the sound of leaves crunching under her boots. Every trail feels like a new discovery, filled with birds, bugs and hidden treasures like mossy rocks or animal tracks. She brings a little notebook to sketch what she sees or jot down interesting finds. Hiking makes her feel strong, free and deeply connected to nature.
