Receive Text UpdatesI love nature because I get to rescue bugs and make them tiny habitats, plant my own food like cucumbers and bok choy and help the chickens and goats at the farm. On adventures in the car, I play eye spy with nature—like spotting funny trees or birds flying by. -Charlie
I love cats and bunnies! My cat Pixie goes on nature walks with me in her backpack. She peeks out and sniffs the air. Bunnies are my other favorite because they’re just so fluffy and cute. I wish I could have a bunny too. I watch them hop around outside and eat the wild strawberries. I walk goats and visit the chickens at a farm in the city. - Charlie
Foraging is my favorite! I love finding woodsorrel (it’s lemony!), mile-a-minute berries, and morels after school. It’s like a treasure hunt! I teach my cousins what’s good to eat, and I always yell “Wait! Look at this plant!” It’s tasty, and makes me feel smart! I also collect bugs and have a large collection in my nature museum. - Charlie
