Carter loves diving into nature—muddy boots, messy hands, and all! He loves everything about nature but most of all, he loves getting dirty while exploring it. Whether he’s flipping logs to find bugs, splashing through creeks, or climbing muddy trails, Carter is all in. For him, nature isn’t something to watch—it’s something to jump into headfirst, messy and wild. That’s what makes him a true Junior Ranger in the making.
Carter’s favorite animal is the red fox. He loves how clever, quick, and curious they are—just like him! He’s fascinated by the way foxes can adapt to any environment, sneak through the woods without a sound, and always seem to be on a secret mission. Carter secretly wishes he had the superpowers of the red fox! He would love to sneak around without making a sound.
Carter lives for the thrill of the trail—hiking through the woods, spotting wildlife, and listening for rustling leaves or distant bird calls. Every hike is a treasure hunt, and nothing beats the excitement of spotting a deer or a hawk overhead. When he’s not in the wild, he’s at the zoo, learning everything he can about the animals he hopes to see in real life. For Carter, every step outside is an adventure in the making.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
