Start Their AdventureBryson is autistic and finds nature both calming and fascinating. He has an incredible knowledge of animal habitats—even naming species many adults have never heard of. He loves visiting the wildlife refuge, where he explores with his favorite binoculars. Bryson enjoys hiking, attending reptile expos, discovering bugs, and caring for his wide variety of pets at home. Nature is truly his happy place.
Bryson loves African elephants because they are big but gentle, with calm, slow movements that feel safe and easy to watch. Elephants stick with their families and show love and care, which senses and enjoys. Their sounds, big ears, and trunks are fun to see and hear. Elephants are strong but kind—just like Bryson.
Bryson’s favorite outdoor activity is hiking at the wildlife refuge. He loves spotting animals, bugs, and plants—but his favorite part is finding and identifying animal scat. He can tell which animal left it by its size, shape, and contents. It’s like solving a nature mystery! Bryson gets so excited when he finds clues that help him learn more about wildlife and how they live in their natural habitat.
