Receive Text UpdatesBenjamin loves to be outdoors. He loves exploring all creatures and critters … from small ants and other bugs to going to the zoo to see elephants and giraffes. His most favorite places to explore is any place with water. He is completely amazed by fish, turtles, dolphins, whales, and any other species of sea life. Benjamin spends most of his free time exploring outside. He picks up large rocks to find bugs and worms, looks on trees and bushes for lizards, and in small ponds for turtles.
Benjamin’s favorite animal is a cockatoo named Tango that he interacted with at a bird sanctuary last year. The bond that the two of them shared was immediate. We have gone to visit Tango a couple of times. Each time we leave, Benjamin has huge tears rolling down his cheeks.
Benjamin’s favorite outdoor activity is to spend time at our neighborhood park where there’s a small lake. He catches lizards, turtles and fish at this pond. He is known as the “turtle boy” and the “lizard whisperer” to many people that visit our neighborhood park.
