Learn moreThis was a hard question it was for them to answer because there are just too many reasons! Their top answers were the way nature smells, and how very beautiful it is. All the colors of nature, the green leaves and pretty flowers, the wildlife and water features like ponds and rivers and the ocean. What's not to love about nature?
Both of my boys love grey trees frogs! They find them friendly, fun and cute. Listening for the frogs call in spring is a family tradition and we all try to be the first one to hear it.
Torin loves to climb trees. He says the view is the best part of being up high and he loves to find bird's nests. Benito loves bush crafting. He enjoys the challenge of building something functional out of parts of nature. He's built firewood carriers, hotdog skewers and even a camp toilet!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
