Ava loves the outdoors and exploring. She has done multiple zookeeper for a day programs and hopes to become a zoologist when she is older.

Ava enjoys seeing animals in their natural habitat, she studies the native box turtles, toads/frogs, insects, deer and birds in our area.
Ava's favorite animal is a Ring Tailed Lemur, she is intrigued with their tail pattern and how they utilize their tail for balance and signaling to other members of their troop. A close second animal she likes is a Capybara, as she currently is caring for 2 guinea pigs and they closely relate to the Capybara
Ava enjoys visiting zoos around the United States and also has been to several Aviaries the most recent being the National Aviary in Pittsburgh. She has an upcoming Zookeeper for a day at Elmwood Zoo, and will be visiting Cincinnati Zoo this coming June. She also enjoys being outdoors and fishing.
