In her words, “ I want to be a Jr. Ranger cause I love bison but you shouldn’t pet them, especially the wild ones.” Temi loves learning!
Thank you for generously supporting Artemis in this year’s competition. Your participation helps empower the National Wildlife Federation in their mission to protect wildlife, restore habitats, and inspire the next generation of conservationists.
Getting to see her favorite animals and learning more about them and EVERYTHING. Her inquisitive nature has lead to some more than interesting conversations. We dig for clams and talk about the life we find. She is excited to learn more about the world this summer as we take a 2 week vacation in Utah to do a 6 day raft trip and visit all the Utah National Parks!
If you haven’t guessed it is Bison are her favorite because of our Yellowstone Trio when she was 3. She got to stand in the back of Daddy’s truck and see them really up close as they passed by when we were watching all the wildlife, she thought they made really cool sounds and that calling their babies red dogs was funny.
Dig for clams, and see all the animals! She is very excited to hike more this year because her “little leggies are bigger and I (she) can go further this year.” Oh and camping, and seeing Jack (Orca T137a)!
