He’s always excited to discover something new, whether it’s catching frogs at the lake, finding a hidden antler in the woods, or spotting a turtle sunbathing. He loves how being in nature makes him feel free, curious, and connected. From hunting and fishing, to foraging and exploring, Arrow finds adventure, peace, and purpose in the wild all around him.
Arrow loves painted turtles because they’re reptiles and reptiles are just plain cool. He gets excited every time he spots their tiny heads poking out of the water or when he sees one sunning itself on a log. He loves to sneak up to catch them & check out their colorful shells before letting them go. Painted turtles are one of his favorite parts of exploring the lake.
Arrow’s favorite outdoor activity is using his net at the lake. He loves how active and hands-on it is, letting him jump right into the action. He has caught fish, snakes, turtles, and even a muskrat with his net. It’s the thrill of the chase and the surprise of what he might scoop up next that makes netting so exciting and fun for him.
