Aria has a zest for nature, discovery and exploration. She trains horses, hikes, forages, rescues animals and experiments with bushcraft.
Thank you for generously supporting Aria in this year’s competition. Your participation helps empower the National Wildlife Federation in their mission to protect wildlife, restore habitats, and inspire the next generation of conservationists.
She loves to get muddy and create small structures or art with natural supplies. Aria loves observing animals and has participated in many wildlife rescue and rehab missions with her mom, having up close exposure to squirrels, wild birds, raccoons, turtles, geese and even a wood cock.
Peacocks and Horses- Peacocks because of their vibrant colors and horses because of the lessons they teach and experiences to be had. She is learning about riding, ethics, safety, biology and upkeep and always has extra energy left at the end of the day asking for more.
Being with her mustang from Pancake, NV, Theo. Theo and Aria have a special bond. You can find her brushing him, hugging him, cleaning his stall or lounging while grazing him. She's besties w her previously feral gelding and is honored to be his chosen person. If shes not with Theo she would rather be at a park running!
