What does Ambrose love most about nature?

Ambrose loves flowers, wind, and trees, especially for shade. Seeing different kinds of insects and spending time in nature with his friends and family. We have been regularly hiking since he was in a stroller! Now at 4 years old, Ambrose hikes 2-3 miles with ease and takes on the role of trail leader with pride. Nature is our place of healing and health. We are very lucky to live near many national parks and have the opportunity to explore all of what our beautiful environment has to offer.

What is Ambrose's favorite animal—and why?

Our dog Peaches! She is a pitbull mix and loves being out on the trail with us. She has a bright orange collar that helps us (and others) see her. Ambrose loves having Peaches with us because she is a good friend, fun on the trail and helps protect us from snakes and bears.

What is Ambrose's favorite outdoor activity?

Riding his bike, playing Firetrucks or Construction outside with friends, jumping in muddy puddles, exploring the creek bed, collecting rocks and of course, hiking!
