What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn moreAmaya says, What I love most about nature is its amazing colors. I love how the greens in the trees, bushes, grass, and flowers come in many beautiful shades. The white, purple, pink, and yellow flowers show just how great nature can be. The blues of the sky and water always make me feel calm and happy. Nature’s colors seem so much more beautiful than the greys of city buildings—nature brings beauty to anyone who takes the time to notice it.
Amaya’s favorite animal is the giraffe. She loves how tall they are and how their beautiful spots make each one unique. She’s amazed by how they eat leaves from acacia trees with their long tongues, rising above the rest without needing to compete. To her, giraffes are peaceful, gentle, and strong—reminding her to stand tall, be kind, and appreciate nature’s quiet beauty. Giraffes inspire her love for animals and the world around her.
Amaya’s favorite outdoor activity is spending time at the beach. She loves searching for shells, exploring tide pools, and building amazing worlds in the sand. The beach is where her imagination runs wild. She’s always happiest near the ocean and loves everything connected to the water—waves, sea creatures, and the salty breeze. For Amaya, the beach isn’t just fun—it’s a place of discovery, creativity, and pure joy.
