Learn moreI like exploring nature and finding insects and other small animals. Caterpillars and worms are the most fun to discover. I also enjoy spotting grasshoppers on the tall leaves of daylilies and watching fireflies light up the night.
My favorite animal is a horse because they are strong, graceful, and beautiful. I like how they move and how calm and gentle they can be. Even though I’ve never ridden one, I think they seem really special and interesting.
Taking a walk in our backyard! First, we visit the neighbor’s chickens and feed them insects and worms we’ve found. Then, we go throw rocks as far as we can into the Mississippi River. Here, we look for bald eagles, as they are often hunting here. Lastly, we make a stop at the raspberry patch for a quick snack.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
